Most people under the age of 35 opt for a quick shower in the morning, as opposed to enjoying their time in the bath. What’s more, space is a huge requirement for many buyers, something a bath will likely invade. Obviously, in larger properties, a mixture of both shower rooms and bathrooms is desirable and practical.
